How time flies! I can scarcely believe that it is already August, where has the year gone? Soon the Christmas music will be playing in the shops! I am sure you are all looking forward to the warm weather, I know I am.

Winter for me has been a long one, and as we are on our way out of hibernation and snuggling at home at night I feel really inspired and ready for spring and all the new opportunities ahead. Most importantly, I am ready to be renewed from the inside out and encourage you to follow the seasons and have a look at what emotional, physical and mental ‘spring cleaning’ you can do.
